Windsor Methodist Church is used as a venue for various events during the year.  When the building was refurbished in the early 90’s it was designed in a way that allowed it to be used as a community resource.

Past Events

Easter Day Service led by the Rev Andrew Evans

A Rotary Club Group Study Exchange from South Africa is visiting the Thames Valley and the Rev. Andrew Owen Evans from Ladybrand  led the Easter Day Sunday service.

Surrounded by beautiful hills in the eastern Free State and at the foot of the majestic Maluti Mountains of Lesotho lies the town of Ladybrand. Wide streets and charming old sandstone houses serve as a bustling trade and business centre linking South Africa and the capital city of Lesotho, Maseru. Inhabitants of the towns and villages of the region are friendly and have always welcomed visitors.

The Rotary Foundation’s Group Study Exchange (GSE) program is a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity for businesspeople and professionals between the ages of 25 and 40 who are in the early stages of their careers. The program provides travel grants for teams to exchange visits in paired areas of different countries. For four to six weeks, team members experience the host country's culture and institutions, observe how their vocations are practiced abroad, develop personal and professional relationships, and exchange ideas.
